Centrioles
Centrioles are found near the nucleus in the cytoplasm. They are only found in animal cells. The centriole is where microtubulars are made. During cell division the centrosome divides into two parts and and each part moves to opposite sides of the cell.
Microtubules
Microtubules are found in the cytoplasm. They are made inside of the centrioles, which is also located inside the cytoplasm. They are long hollow tupes made of proteins. Microtubules job is to help the other organelles to move around the cell.
Vacuole
Vacuoles are fluid filled sacs that are inside the cell. They fill with food that is digested and waste material that is on its way out of the cell. They store enzymes and wastes. All cells have Vacuoles but plant cells have a large central vacuole that takes up most of the space within the cell. A vacuole takes up most of the space within a cell. The job of a vacuole is to store waste enzymes and sometimes the waste that is stored can be toxic and have to be kept away from the other organelles.
Peroxisomes
Peroxisomes are a group of organelles that are found in the cytoplasm of all cells. Peroxisomes contain many different enzymes. Some peroxisomes use a process is called oxidation. Which also means that it modifies them. Others are more important for their ability produce phospholipids, which are used to form membranes. Peroxisomes use a lot of oxygen.
